The original website had problems in user-flow and layout. The visual experience was outdated, and the information throughout the site was very hard to navigate. The page count of the site was so extensive and cumbersome that recording the website's information was nearly impossible to do without missing huge sections and having to go back to search out missing pieces. There were multiple navigation designs utilized throughout, including secondary and tertiary fixed nav. Some pages utilized breadcrumbs.

Sitemap Exploration

We went through multiple iterations with the core stakeholders and product owners as to how to organize the content and the hierarchy. The final in orange is where we landed before some minor adjustments later in the process.
